Privacy notice
How we use your information.
We only collect what we need to reply to you or review your scholarship application, and we never sell or share it for marketing.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (if given), the topic and your message.
- Scholarship application: your contact details, course, institution, the costs and amount requested, your personal statement and any document you upload.
How we use it
To reply to your message, to assess your application, to arrange payments to institutions or students, and to keep records of how donations are spent. Information you send is delivered to the foundation's email inbox. The website itself doesn't store it in a database, and uploaded documents are attached to that email rather than kept on the web server.
Who can see it
Only the foundation's founders, Raiyaan Shingati and Mohammed Shoeb Ali, and anyone they ask to help review an application. We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and applications for as long as we need them to support you and to account for the foundation's spending, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email us at we@limitlessfoundation.org or use the contact page.
